Received the wrong size. Customer service does not respond.

I received the wrong size and customer service has not reached out to me after multiple attempts there fore I have not been able to wear this product properly.

Merchant sent the wrong size and won't respond to my email

No way to return product.

Jacket was fine, but did not fit. There is no way to call to return or exchange. I filled out the form on the website twice and never got a reply. I would not buy from them again because of this.

CQR Customer Service is Terrible

I received my order on Monday, December 4th. The jacket that I received is a different size than what I ordered and it does not fit. I have sent multiple emails to CQR customer service and have not received any response from them. I want the correct sized jacket I ordered or I want a refund.
