I ordered a Large sized Jacket I can access jacket, and received a medium sized jacket. I am not located in a place where I can access a Post Office to return te item. I am a bit disappointed to say the least.

We received the jacket the day after Christmas - but it was the wrong size. Since then we have sent several "Contact Us" reports/emails trying to get the situation rectified, with no response. And your website has no contact phone number.
Horrible customer service.
Hopefully I'll get the correct jacket before too long...

Jacket good but 0 support from the company. My last web contact form text: “8th attempt over several weeks to contact support regarding my ORDER #CQR1105 - please reply via email and/or leave callback phone number”. NOTE: If buying from CQR buy via Amazon only and NOT directly from the CQRGEARS.COM website. First time an online company has ever ignored my requests for help with their product and I am retired!

This jacket is really comfortable and delivers everything it promises. So far, it works really good on Fall season and rainy days. The size is exactly allows you good mobility and motion.

Fits nice. Looks nice. Good for keeping warm.
